Congratulations to the men and women behind Tiangian and Activities at Rosario Park. You’ve truly raised the bar. Thank you for bringing our community closer together and giving us something to look forward to every weekend.

From the delicious barbecue skewers, milk tea, coffee, nachos, pasta, pancit, biryani, Pinoy barbecue, isaw, and pares, there’s always something satisfying to enjoy. Beyond the food, the flower arrangements, perfumes, bags, clothes, and souvenir items add even more excitement. With so many choices available, our neighbors always have something new to discover each week.

Thank you to all the vendors for participating and making this event a success. Congratulations as well to our HOA officers and organizers for making this wonderful project possible.

Recycling of Plastic Bottles

FESHAI Bulletin No. 2025-0910

📢 FESHAI Residents – Let’s Collect Plastic Bottles! ♻️

Starting this week, we encourage everyone to keep and set aside your empty plastic bottles 🥤💧. Our Security Personnel will be going around to collect them every Friday as much as possible inside a gree plastic bag.

All collected bottles will be sold, and the proceeds will serve as additional income for our Security Team who work hard to keep our community safe. 🙌

It’s a small effort that makes a big difference:

✅ Supports our security staff
✅ Promotes recycling and a cleaner community
✅ Reduces waste

We count on everyone’s cooperation! Please hand over your plastic bottles to our security personnel during collection.

Updates on HOA Efforts

FESHAI Bulletin 2025-0909

Dear FESHAI Residents,

We would like to share some updates on the recent developments within our community, made possible through the joint efforts of your HOA Board of Directors and Committees:

1. New HOA Officers (2025–2027) – The election results have been submitted to and approved by DHSUD Region IV-A.

2. Security Enhancements – Our Security Office is now equipped with CCTV cameras, two-way radios, and flashlights to strengthen community safety.

3. Vacant Lot Development – Cleanup of the vacant lot across the church/behind the Seniors’ Office is ongoing. This area will soon be converted into a pay parking facility to help reduce the number of vehicles parked along the main road and intersection.

4. Park Maintenance – Regular grass cutting and trimming at Rosario Park and Phase 4 Park continue under the leadership of our HOA Committee member, Jamal Rivera.

Thank you for your continued support and cooperation in keeping our community safe, clean, and organized.

Entrance Fee for Delivery Truck and Motorcycle

FESHAI Bulletin No. 2025-0908

Dear FESHAI Residents,

As you know, the NO STICKER / NO ENTRY policy has been in effect since September 1, 2025. Vehicles without a sticker will be subject to the following entrance fees:

Four-wheel trucks (e.g., construction, Lalamove, LBC) – ₱20.00

Water and gas delivery vehicles – ₱10.00

All other deliveries (Grab, Lala-move, Food Panda, MoveIt, Angkas, Joyride Shoppee, Lazada, JNT) using motorbikes or e-bikes may enter free of charge, provided that the rider leaves a valid ID at the gate and registers their delivery destination.

✨ Busy & Productive Day at the HOA Office! ✨

Here’s what we accomplished today:

🚗 Installed 47 vehicle stickers for residents and 2 for non-residents
🏡 Painted and refreshed the guardhouse
🎨 Re-arranged, decorated, and painted the HOA Office
💰 13 homeowners settled their monthly dues

A big thank you to our homeowners for your support and cooperation—especially those who came by for on-site sticker installation and timely dues payment.

Together, we’re keeping our community organized, secure, and looking its best! 🏡❤️
