1️⃣ Fill out the form—either from face-to-face distribution or by downloading it from the link below—and don’t forget to have the parental consent form signed! ✍️

2️⃣ Head to the Administration Office and pay 200 PESOS for your BSP/GSP registration and your very own Red Cross ID. 💳💥
