REQUIREMENTS FOR NEW AND RENEWAL OF BUSINESS/MAYOR'S PERMIT for the upcoming BUSINESS ONE-STOP-SHOP 2024
We would like to inform the public about the requirements for obtaining or renewing a Business/Mayor's Permit in the Municipality of Imelda LGU Imelda. It is essential to comply with these requirements to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process.
1. DTI / CDA / SEC Registration (PHOTOCOPY)
2. BIR TIN Number Registration (PHOTOCOPY) for renewal
3. Capital / Gross Receipt (ITR or Financial Statement)
*For companies please attached the Branch Monthly Financial Report.
4. Barangay Clearance with Community Tax Certification
5. Police Clearance
6. Sanitary Permit from the Rural Health Unit
7. Occupancy Permit/ Annual Bldg. Inspection Certificate from the Municipal Engineering Office
8. Zoning Clearance from the Municipal Planning and Development Office
*For New Business or no permanent area
9. Tax Clearance from the Municipal Treasurer’s Office

Space/Stall Rental
10. Renewal of Lease Contract at Commercial Complex & Market Stalls from the SB Secretary
*Applicable to Government owned buildings only with Lease Contract
11. Mayor’s Clearance
12. Lessor’s Business Permit
*Applicable to private lessor’s and lessee only.
