JCI Regatta comes together for our August General Membership Meeting, where members gather to discuss organizational updates, upcoming projects, opportunities, and important matters that keep our Local Organization moving toward greater impact.

More than a meeting, it is a space to share ideas, strengthen relationships, celebrate milestones, and align our sails toward our shared mission of leadership and service.

JCI Regatta proudly joined LAKBAY KATUTUBO: BINANOG – Sayaw ng Pamana, Galaw ng Kultura on August 9, 2026, at the SM City Roxas Event Center, Roxas City, in celebration of International Indigenous Peoples Day.

Through the powerful movements, music, and traditions of the Binanog dance, we witnessed the beauty and richness of Indigenous culture—an expression of heritage that continues to live through generations. 🪶✨

The celebration reminded us that culture is not simply something we look back on—it is a living legacy that we must recognize, respect, preserve, and pass on.

For JCI Regatta, meaningful leadership also means embracing diversity, honoring our cultural roots, and creating spaces where Indigenous traditions and voices are valued and celebrated.

The gathering brought together JCI leaders from across Western Visayas for a meaningful day of leadership learning, regional collaboration, fellowship, and shared experiences.

MAXIMIZING THE JCI EDGE: LEARNING, CONNECTING, AND GROWING TOGETHER!

The JCI Regatta Finance Team actively participated in “Maximizing JCIP Edge: 2nd Run – Training Walkthrough for Members and Merchants” last August 5, 2026, via Zoom.

Led by Rheyniel Flores, National Chairperson of JCI Philippines Edge and Web Developer, JCIP Edge, the session provided valuable insights on how members and merchants can maximize the features, benefits, and opportunities available through the JCIP Edge Website.

Through this training, our Finance Team gained a better understanding of how digital tools and platforms can help strengthen member engagement, access opportunities, and enhance the overall JCI experience.

For JCI Regatta, continuous learning means continuously finding better ways to serve our members, strengthen our systems, and create greater value for our Local Organization. ⚓

JCI Regatta proudly joined the online learning session “Governance Essentials: A Guide to the JCI Philippines Constitution and Policy Manual” held on August 4, 2026, via Zoom.

The session provided an insightful opportunity for JCI members to deepen their understanding of the JCI Philippines Constitution and Policy Manual and the governance principles that guide our organization.

Led by 2026 JCI Philippines General Legal Counsel, Atty. Ralph Martin Yu, the training highlighted the importance of understanding our policies, responsibilities, and organizational framework as we strive to become more effective and accountable leaders.

Through this session, JCI Regatta members gained valuable insights that can help us:

JCI Regatta proudly joined the JCI Sustain360 ESG Online Training last July 16, 2026, a meaningful learning session that brought global sustainability perspectives closer to local action.

Together with JCI leaders, members, Local Organizations, and aspiring changemakers, we explored how Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles can shape more responsible leadership, sustainable projects, stronger communities, and lasting impact.

The session featured sustainability experts from Columbia Group, sharing real-world ESG experiences and global best practices that challenged us to look beyond today’s needs and lead with tomorrow in mind.
