Today, we saw the news about the severe tornado that struck Jaro—specifically hitting Brgy. Cubay, where homes were damaged and families were forced into evacuation shelters. We immediately went to buy essential grocery goods to bring some relief to the site.

Big thanks to Kap Bebing Padilla and the barangay officials for helping us smoothly coordinate the distribution to the affected residents. In times like these, showing up for each other is what truly matters. Let’s look out for one another! 🦋

Supporting those who dedicate their lives to helping the helpless. 🐾💚

Today, the Kinda Kind team extended a helping hand to Ma'am Ann Barrios, a senior solo rescuer who tirelessly cares for stray animals in Carles, Iloilo. We were able to provide both her personal essentials and much-needed supplies for her rescued animals.

It takes an incredible amount of heart to do this work alone day in and day out. We're honored to support her mission and help lighten the load! 🦋

Showing love isn't just about kind words—it’s about turning up when it counts most. The Kinda Kind team dropped by to visit 8-year-old Baby Erecca and her mom, Ma'am Rebecca, right at their home in Jaro.

Baby Erecca faces a tough daily battle with Congenital Hydrocephalus/Hydranencephaly and Seizure Disorder.

Thanks to everyone who backs our cause, we were able to deliver a solid package of groceries, essential baby care items, and day-to-day household supplies. Sitting down with Ma'am Rebecca, sharing stories, and seeing the relief in her smile reminded us exactly why we do this.

With full permission from the family, we’re sharing Erecca’s photo and story to shine a light on the reality of living with chronic medical conditions. Long-term health journeys need long-term community support—let’s make sure no family has to walk it alone. 🦋

Real community means standing shoulder-to-shoulder with those carrying heavy loads. We had the honor of meeting Ma'am Rushell and her twin boys, Baby Ezeqyle and Baby Ezereal (6 years old), in Jaro.

Raising twins who live with Hydrocephalus, Cerebral Palsy, Epilepsy, Seizure Disorder, and blindness is a round-the-clock test of strength. We brought over a full batch of groceries, baby supplies, and household necessities to help lighten the load for their whole family. Listening to Ma'am Rushell’s journey gave us so much respect for the quiet resilience of caregivers in our city.

With the mom's full blessing, we are posting their story today to bring real visibility to special needs households. Every bit of awareness helps build a stronger safety net for families who need it most. 🤝❤️
