The Office of ICHLO, through HHRO Jeme Puti, facilitated the distribution of the Declarations of Conformity to the concerned homeowners of SOOC Project 5 Area 1 HOA, Inc.

Simultaneously, a site inspection of the boundary markings within Area 1 was conducted to validate the actual areas covered. Present during the activity were HHRO Jeme Puti and three (3) lawyers who provided legal explanations to the homeowners regarding encroachments and their corresponding implications.

The activity was fully supported by the HOA Officers and members, who actively cooperated and participated throughout the conduct of the distribution and site inspection.

Last August 9, 2025, SANTOME SURVEYING and COSULTANCY conducted a lot survey for SP5 Area 1 HOA, Inc. a two day activity aimed to verify and establish accurate lot boundaries within the areas...

the SP5 Area 1 HOA, Inc. conducted repair work on the community chapel after the ceiling was damaged by rainwater leakage. The officers and members worked together to restore and maintain the area for everyone's use, 🙏🙏⛪📿
