📋 ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
1. 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲: Must be a bona fide and official resident of 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐲 𝐍𝐚𝐬𝐥𝐨-𝐁𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐨.
2. 𝐄𝐧𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐬: Must be a currently enrolled college student for the 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 of the current academic year.

Please submit the following requirements:
• 2nd Semester Registration Form (RF)
• 1st Semester Grades

Submit your documents to the Municipal Mayor’s Office and look for Ms. Chrizalyn Joy Ramos for assistance.

Kindly comply within the given period for evaluation. Visit the office during working hours for inquiries.
