"A path to sustainability"
Adopting the use of renewable energy sources such as solar and wind is necessary for a green future. Renewable energy investments in the Philippines saved PHP44.3 billion, as reported in 2017 by the Philippine Electricity Market Corporation.
The largest undertaking is the $15-billion deal between Philippines and UAE company Masdar for the development of as much as 1 gigawatt clean energy by the year 2030, targetting to go up to 10 gigawatts by the year 2035.
Backing such initiatives stimulates economic development, employment, and environmental conservation for generations to come.
