Yesterday, the Areté – BECED Batch 2026 Field Study Teachers proudly supported and assisted the 𝐖𝐕𝐒𝐔-𝐈𝐋𝐒 𝐔𝐍𝐈𝐓𝐘 𝐂𝐀𝐌𝐏. ⛺
This year’s camp was a memorable experience for the WVSU- ILS learners filled with joy as they 𝑔𝑟𝑖𝑙𝑙𝑒𝑑 ℎ𝑜𝑡𝑑𝑜𝑔𝑠, 𝑐𝑟𝑎𝑓𝑡𝑒𝑑 𝑎𝑟𝑡 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑐𝑟𝑒𝑎𝑡𝑒𝑑 𝑙𝑎𝑠𝑡𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑏𝑜𝑛𝑑𝑠. 👥✨

𝑰𝑻’𝑺 𝑨 𝑾𝑹𝑨𝑷 𝑭𝑶𝑹 𝑻𝑯𝑬 𝑰𝑳𝑺 𝑯𝑰𝑵𝑨𝑴𝑷𝑨𝑵𝑮! 🥳✨

For the past three days (August 27-29), we have been assisting and supporting the ILS K-3 students in their various 𝑯𝒊𝒏𝒂𝒎𝒑𝒂𝒏𝒈 𝒂𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒗𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒆𝒔 as part of our 𝑭𝒊𝒆𝒍𝒅 𝑺𝒕𝒖𝒅𝒚 𝒅𝒖𝒕𝒊𝒆𝒔 🏃‍♀️☀️

Whether we’re part of the 𝗥𝗲𝗱 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 ❤️, 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝗹𝘂𝗲 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 💙, 𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗬𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 💛 — it has been such a blast being with the K-3 students as they enjoy the games prepared for them.

All the time spent preparing for the things they needed ✂️, effort given in ensuring their safety ⛑️, and voices that have gone hoarse because of all the cheering 🙆‍♂️🙆‍♀️ was all 𝐖𝐎𝐑𝐓𝐇 𝐈𝐓! We’re super happy to see the bright smiles in all of the children’s faces 🤗🤍

Meet the faces behind BECED 4A’s unity and success! 💅🏼

From the president who acts like a part-time therapist, to the secretary who can write minutes faster than you can say ‘attendance,’ to the treasurer who guards the class funds like confidential funds down to class representative who will serve as our middleman between our professors and us, 29 chaotic students. Thus, these officers juggle responsibilities, deadlines, and classmates who are best known as “reklamadors”. They may not wear capes, but they’ve mastered the art of staying calm while herding academic cats. 📖 ✍🏻 🥇

“AN EASTER-RIFIC ADVENTURE”

The Areté - BECED Batch 2026 sailed once again for another community service activity aligned with their subject, ECT 201 under Prof. Marievic Violeta, as they created interactive activities and instructional materials for early literacy. The project, titled 'An Easter-rific Adventure,' was initiated by Youth Xtreme Iloilo, with BECED 3A as one of their partners.

BECED 3A is grateful to all the partner organizations and individuals who made this project possible and fun.
