From the world of Civil Engineering to Farm Youth leadership, our very own Ms. Jana Sofia Lamparero (BSCE 4B), former Director of PICE-ISAT U SC for Academic Year 2025-2026, continues to show that there is more to being an engineer than building structures.

The PICE ISAT U Student Chapter proudly congratulates Jana for being crowned Ms. 4-H Club Iloilo Province — HANDS 2026 during the 73rd 4-H Club Farm Youth Provincial Achievement Day, held on September 19–20, 2026, in Cabatuan, Iloilo.

A huge congratulations as well to Christian Jaud (BSA 5A) for being named Mr. 4-H Club Iloilo Province — HEART 2026!

With this year’s theme, LIKHA “Leveraging Innovative Knowledge for Holistic Agriculture,” the celebration brought together young agricultural leaders from across the province in a gathering that highlighted achievement, knowledge, culture, friendship, and the future of the farming community.

And among them stood a fourth-year Civil Engineering student, showing that the skills of an engineer can extend far beyond the classroom, from technical knowledge to leadership, confidence, and community involvement.

The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Cabugao Sur, Pavia proudly congratulates our very own SK Kagawad, 𝗠𝗥. 𝗖𝗛𝗥𝗜𝗦𝗧𝗜𝗔𝗡 𝗣. 𝗝𝗔𝗨𝗗, for bringing home the first-ever crown for the Municipality of Pavia in the Mr. & Ms. 4-H Club Iloilo Province 2026! 🏆

Christian was crowned 𝐌𝐫. 𝟒-𝐇 𝐂𝐥𝐮𝐛 𝐈𝐥𝐨𝐢𝐥𝐨 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐞 — 𝐇𝐄𝐀𝐑𝐓 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, marking a remarkable milestone not only for Pavia but also for the youth of Cabugao Sur. His achievement is a testament to the dedication, passion, confidence, and commitment of our young leaders in representing our municipality with pride.

The historic achievement took place on September 19, 2026, at Cabatuan National Comprehensive High School, Cabatuan, Iloilo, during the 73rd Farm Youth Provincial Achievement Day of the 4-H Club Iloilo Province.

From the youth of Cabugao Sur to the entire Municipality of Pavia, we celebrate this victory with immense pride! Your crown is not just a symbol of achievement — it represents a milestone for Pavia and an inspiration to every young Pavianon to dream bigger, serve better, and proudly represent our community.

HERstory in the Making: Jana Brings Pavia Its First Crown in the Ms. 4-H Club Iloilo Province 🍀✨

From representing Purok 1 with pride to making history for the Municipality of Pavia, Jana’s latest achievement marks a significant milestone.

Through her victory in Ms. Carabao Carroza, she not only brought another title to Purok 1 but also secured Pavia’s first-ever crown in the 4-H Club Iloilo Province, accomplishing the feat within just one year.

A milestone defined by dedication, grace, and determination—one that will now be part of Pavia’s pageant history.
