Ano ang susuplayan nila ng tubig dahil sinira nila ang isa sa pinakamalaking service area ng NIA, ang Aganan-Sta. Barbara River Irrigation System (ASBRIS) service areas? Huwag nilang sabihin na pinondohan ang JALAUR RIVER IRRIGATION PROJECT para i supply ang tubig sa mga iligal na subdibisyon na naglipana sa mga irigadong lugar na ito! MALUPIT AT PUNO NG KATRAIDORAN ANG NAGAGANAP NA ITO!!!
