𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗗𝘂𝗴𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝘂𝗴𝗵𝗮𝘄 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘀 𝗙𝗹𝗮𝗴 𝗥𝗮𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘆, 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲

Team Dugong Bughaw Organization led this morning’s Flag Raising Ceremony, where messages on resilience, gratitude, courtesy, and excellence were shared with the university community.

Ms. Weezie Kay O. Manucan, BSTM Program Head, reminded students that setbacks, pressure, and personal struggles do not define their journey, emphasizing that showing up despite challenges is already an act of resilience.

“Showing up is already an act of resilience,” Manucan said, encouraging students to seek support when needed and to continue moving forward with her reminder, “Padayon.”

Meanwhile, Roberto Neal S. Sobrejuanite, University Administrator, expressed gratitude to the university community for its efforts toward the PACUCOA Level IV Accreditation while highlighting the importance of courtesy and initiatives such as DASS and the dormitory.

SCREENING INTERVIEWS | TEAM DUGONG BUGHAW-MOLO

From July 8 to September 3, 2026, Team Dugong Bughaw Molo successfully conducted its screening interviews for aspiring members from various academic departments.

The interview process provided an opportunity to assess the applicants’ knowledge, commitment, and readiness to contribute to the organization's mission of promoting HIV and AIDS awareness, education, and advocacy. We commend all applicants for their participation, professionalism, and willingness to be part of this meaningful cause.

Team Dugong Bughaw Molo extends its sincere appreciation to everyone who took part in the screening process. Your interest in serving the community and advancing health awareness reflects the values that our organization upholds.

We look forward to welcoming the next generation of advocates who will continue to strengthen and promote our shared commitment to education, service, and advocacy.

During the SYNERGY 2026 Clubs and Organizations Recruitment and Exhibit, Team Dugong Bughaw proudly participated in promoting awareness, education, and advocacy on HIV and AIDS within the JBLFMU-Molo community.

Through informative displays, awareness materials, and meaningful conversations, we shared our mission of empowering students about HIV and AIDS, breaking stigma and discrimination, and encouraging a more informed and compassionate campus environment.

We were grateful to meet freshmen and fellow students who visited our booth, showed interest in our advocacy, and expressed their willingness to become part of a team dedicated to making a difference. Your support reminds us that awareness starts with education and that every voice can contribute to positive change.
