From late-night follow-ups, endless resolutions, spontaneous laughs, inside jokes, and unforgettable catchphrasesโ€”your journey as student leaders has been nothing short of remarkable. You led with passion, served with dedication, and worked hand in hand to turn ideas into meaningful student initiatives.

Each of you brought something unique to the table: leadership, humor, creativity, responsibility, and heart. Together, you proved that true service goes beyond titlesโ€”it is built on commitment, teamwork, and the willingness to show up for others no matter how challenging the task may be.

As you close this chapter, may the lessons, memories, and friendships youโ€™ve built continue to guide you in your next journey. The Supreme Student Council will always be proud of the leaders youโ€™ve become.

โœจ From your SSC family, congratulations graduates! May your next path be filled with growth, purpose, and endless success.

Maybe not every day felt like a win. Maybe there were nights you questioned whether you could still keep going. Maybe you gave everything you had to a subject that didn't give back what you hoped for. Maybe your hardest sacrifices went completely unnoticed.

But you're still here. This semester is done, and you are the one who finished it.

The road doesn't have to be graceful to be real. Whether you crossed the finish line running, crawling, or barely holding on โ€” you crossed it. And that is enough.

So to every NISUnian who made it through this semester โ€” whether you thrived or just survived, whether you were confident or quietly terrified the entire time โ€”

you are remarkable. More than you know. ๐ŸŒธ

The Narra trees and mahogany branches of this campus stood witness to every cramming, every silent battle, every version of you that chose to keep going when it would have been so much easier to stop. That version of you โ€” the one that stayed โ€” is the one worth celebrating.

Rest now. You've earned every bit of it.

This is it โ€” our final Heat Index Bulletin. And as we close this initiative, we want to take a moment to look back with genuine pride and gratitude.

Through every bulletin we released, our goal was simple: to make sure you had the right information at the right time, so you could stay safe during the most dangerous heat days. We hope we delivered on that.

Thank you to every student who read, shared, and supported our bulletins. You are the reason we do what we do.

Thank you to the NISU Administration โ€” past and present โ€” for acknowledging this initiative and allowing us to share the bulletins and the temporary uniform adjustments with the community. Your trust in student leadership means a great deal.

Thank you to our partners at the College Red Cross Youth for equipping us โ€” and through us, you โ€” with essential knowledge on how to respond to heat-related emergencies.

And thank you to DOST-PAGASA, whose heat index data for Roxas City (the nearest station to Estancia with a comparable geographic profile) kept every bulletin accurate and grounded in science.

With the looming threat of a "Super El Niรฑo," we hope that we work hand in hand in handling our environment with care and respect.

This may be the last bulletin, but it is far from the last time your SSC will show up for you. More projects, more programs, and more initiatives are on the way โ€” all designed with you in mind.

Until the next one,

Your Supreme Student Council
NISU Main Campus

In accordance with Resolution No. 027, Series of 2026, titled โ€œA Resolution for the Conduct of a Representative Assembly to Discuss the Amendment of the Constitution and By-Laws and Other Matters Relevant to the Student Body,โ€ the Supreme Student Council (SSC) of Northern Iloilo State University (NISU) Main Campus convened student leaders at the Library Basement on June 2.

Bringing together leaders from major student organizations, college- and department-based organizations, and classroom presidents, the assembly was organized by the Supreme Student Council (SSC) Office under the leadership of SSC Adviser Dr. Jason T. Agupitan, Vice President Ace Asturias as the presiding officer, and the council officers.

The gathering centered on deliberations regarding proposed amendments to the Constitution and By-Laws (CBL) and other matters concerning the student body.

Additionally, resolutions sponsored by recognized student leaders were presented during the session.

Moreover, the Representative Assembly served as an important platform for student leaders to express their insights, raise concerns, and contribute to the refinement of student policies.

Through open dialogue and collaborative decision-making, the SSC reaffirmed its commitment to transparency, accountability, and good governance.

Furthermore, the assembly strengthened student representation and leadership, equipping the council to better address the evolving needs and interests of NISUnians. | via Gladylyn Flores

Thank you, Sir Jephoy!

There are people who pass through our lives and leave footprints, and there are those who leave legacies. As one chapter quietly comes to a close, we find ourselves looking back with hearts full of gratitude for a leader whose presence, guidance, and unwavering belief in student leadership have profoundly shaped our journey.

The Supreme Student Council extends its deepest and most heartfelt appreciation to Dr. Jeff George Delima III, outgoing Director of Student Affairs and Services, for the countless ways he has championed the voice, welfare, and aspirations of every student leader. Your leadership was more than administrative oversightโ€”it was a source of inspiration. You stood beside us not only during moments of triumph but also through times that demanded resilience, patience, and courage.

Thank you for opening doors for student growth, for trusting our vision, and for allowing us to transform ideas into meaningful actions that benefited the NISU community. Your dedication to student affairs was never merely a responsibilityโ€”it was a commitment that reflected your genuine concern for the development and success of every NISUnian.

Though this farewell is undeniably difficult, this is also a reminder of how fortunate we are to have crossed paths with remarkable individual like you. Thank you for being our mentor, our supporter, and our inspiration. Your legacy will forever remain a part of the story of the Supreme Student Council.

With love and gratitude,
Supreme Student Council
