Iloilo Children Welfare Foundation Inc ICWF is a non-stock, non-profit organization based in Iloilo City which focuses on CICL (Children In Conflict with the Law) and CAR (Children At Risk).

ICWF upholds the rights of the children thru raising awareness and dissemination of the UNCRC and the responsibilities of the government advocating children's right to participation at home, at school and in the community also the Empowerment and capacity building of children and youth, and sensitization of the broad public.
