vironmental Concern, Workshops and Entrepreneurship is our means of expertise changing the attitude of the out of school youth, or youth laborers. This is our way of helping the government to lessen problems Youth problems in Prohibited Drug Addiction, Juvenile Delinquencies, Gangs and even prostitution. KDCYO is a Non Profit Non Government Youth Organization who's concentration is to the youth, most especially the Out of School Youth in the Urban Poor Communities in Iloilo City, advocating it"s Total Youth Transformation from Delinquency to a Responsible and Proactive Youth Men and Women in our Society.
