Pursuant to 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝟭𝟭𝟲 𝗼𝗳 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗔𝗰𝘁 𝗡𝗼. 𝟮𝟭𝟭𝟵 or the 𝘙𝘦𝘷𝘪𝘴𝘦𝘥 𝘓𝘰𝘤𝘢𝘭 𝘎𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘯𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘊𝘰𝘥𝘦 𝘰𝘧 2025, the Federation of Vice Governors serves as a centralized platform for collaboration, leadership development, and coordination to support local governance. Pursuant to 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝟭𝟭𝟳, each Local Government Unit is officially represented in the Federation by its Vice Governor.

More than just student leaders, they are the voices of collaboration, support, and service. Their duty is to support their Governors and student council strengthen coordination, and help turn student concerns into meaningful action. With commitment and purpose, these leaders stand ready to serve alongside their fellow students.

Driven by the principles of collaboration, accountability, and service, the 𝗙𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗩𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗼𝗿𝘀 stands prepared to lead and serve for 𝗔𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲–𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟳.

Pursuant to the provisions of 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗔𝗰𝘁 𝗡𝗼. 𝟮𝟭𝟭𝟵, the Central Philippine University Republic established the Federation of Vice Governors to ensure a responsive and cohesive local government structure across all colleges. Functioning as the central coordinating body for the Republic’s Vice Governors, the Federation is mandated to serve as a consolidating council across Local Government Units, ensuring a systematic, dignified, and efficient process in presiding over legislative sessions, thereby safeguarding the legislative harmony of the provincial councils.

Guided by the overarching principle of "𝗗𝘂𝗰𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗲," the newly elected Vice Governors take office with an unwavering commitment to committed student leadership. These mandates are undertaken not for position or prestige, but to honor the sacred trust bestowed upon them by each and every Centralian. In unifying local legislative bodies, safeguarding student rights, and instituting policies that directly reflect the collective will of their constituency, the Federation remains steadfastly grounded in purpose and service.

Today, June 11, 2026, the 𝗖𝗣𝗨 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗘-𝗠𝗼𝗱𝘆𝘂𝗹 5.0 𝗮𝘁 𝗕𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗶𝗻 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗟𝘂𝗰𝗲𝗻𝗮.

Through this initiative, over 150 beneficiaries from Kindergarten to Grade 6 received durable eco-bags made from recycled tarpaulins, along with school supplies, hygiene kits, personal story books such as Bibles, and bugtong-bugtongs were distributed to the students.

This is a continuing commitment to responsible leadership, innovation, and service for both people and the planet, while 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗴 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗮 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲.

They are blueprints for progress, crafted with intention and driven by purpose. Through 𝗖𝗣𝗨𝗥 𝗜 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗦𝗗𝗚: 𝗟𝗚𝗨 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗣𝗶𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, youth leadership rises through platforms and ideas.

Here, leaders do not simply speak. They build. They design solutions that echo beyond campus walls and ripple into the communities we are called to serve.
