Mental Health Awareness for West Habog-habog and Buntatala, Leganes Sponsored Children aims is to help children understand their emotions, recognize when they might need support, and develop healthy coping strategies. Help children identify and label different emotions. Teach children coping strategies for dealing with difficult emotions, like deep breathing, talking to someone, or engaging in a favorite activity. It's a fun-filled activity for the children!
