Dr. Carmelli embodies strength, grace, and resilience as a leader and healer in Iloilo City. Her journey reflects a dedication to serving the underserved, fueled by a passion for equality across all spectrums.

With a bold spirit, she serves as a Department of Health physician, venturing into remote areas to provide much-needed medical care. Her belief that every Filipino deserves quality healthcare drives her to develop impactful projects and policies for community health promotion.

A graduate of WVSU-COM and UP Visayas, Carmelli's leadership journey began early, marked by her recognition as one of the Ten Outstanding Student Leaders of Iloilo City. Her tenure as an SK Chairperson showcased her commitment to community service, earning accolades for her exemplary leadership, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic.
