Convergence for Organizational Resilience and Empowerment (CORE) joins the 52nd Nutrition Month Celebration!

This Nutrition Month, the Convergence for Organizational Resilience and Empowerment Philippines, Inc. proudly takes part in this annual observance. We are conducting activities focused on proper nutrition and the critical First 1,000 Days— the period from conception up to a child’s second birthday, which shapes lifelong health, growth, and development.

This July, let us celebrate the 52nd Nutrition Month with the theme, "Sa PPAN: Sama-Sama sa Nutrisyong Sapat Para sa Lahat!" and this year's sub-theme, "𝗡𝘂𝘁𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘆𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝘁 𝗞𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗮𝘀𝗮𝗻, 𝗔𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗮𝗻!"

Good nutrition and a healthy environment go hand in hand. By making healthier and more sustainable food choices and protecting the environment, we help build food systems that can nourish both present and future generations.

Nutrition is everyone's responsibility. We invite every Filipino, government agencies, local government units, development partners, civil society organizations, academic institutions, and the private sector to join us in this year's celebration. Together, let us promote actions that support better nutrition, stronger communities, and a healthier planet.

Sama-sama tayong kumilos para sa isang bansang malaya sa child labor!

Makilahok sa pagdiriwang ng 2026 World Day Against Child Labor (WDACL) ngayong buwan ng Hunyo, sa pangunguna ng National Council Against Child Labor (NCACL) at ng Kagawaran ng Paggawa at Empleo (DOLE).

Nakaangkla ang pagdiriwang sa temang “𝑰𝒌𝒂𝒘, 𝑨𝒌𝒐, 𝑻𝒂𝒚𝒐: 𝑺𝒂𝒎𝒂-𝒔𝒂𝒎𝒂𝒏𝒈 𝑷𝒂𝒈𝒌𝒊𝒍𝒐𝒔 𝒑𝒂𝒓𝒂 𝒔𝒂 𝑩𝒂𝒕𝒂𝒏𝒈 𝑴𝒂𝒍𝒂𝒚𝒂,” na hango sa pandaigdigang temang “𝑅𝑒𝑑 𝐶𝑎𝑟𝑑 𝑡𝑜 𝐶ℎ𝑖𝑙𝑑 𝐿𝑎𝑏𝑜𝑢𝑟: 𝐹𝑎𝑖𝑟 𝑝𝑙𝑎𝑦 𝑓𝑜𝑟 𝑐ℎ𝑖𝑙𝑑𝑟𝑒𝑛, 𝑑𝑒𝑐𝑒𝑛𝑡 𝑤𝑜𝑟𝑘 𝑓𝑜𝑟 𝑎𝑑𝑢𝑙𝑡𝑠.” Layunin ng selebrasyon na patuloy pang palakasin ang kamalayan at panawagan sa mas pinaigting at magkatuwang na pagkilos ng lahat ng sektor – mga magulang, komunidad, paaralan, pamahalaan, pribadong sektor, at iba pang organisasyon – upang tuluyang wakasan ang child labor sa bansa.

Magsasagawa ng malawakang information and service caravan, laro ng lahi, commitment signing, fun run, campaign, liban pa sa ibang mga gawain, para sa mga bata at kanilang mga pamilya sa iba't ibang panig ng bansa.
