Aligned with this year's sub-theme, "Lead like the Babaylans, Filipinas", DEPDev VI and the Regional Development Council (RDC) VI highlight the contributions of our RDC-VI Private Sector Representatives (PSRs) in regional development. The women PSRs, in particular, proved to be an effective driving force in co-creating real-world solutions through plan and policy formulation and conscientious government budgeting. It is through their lens that the care economy is given appropriate attention.

Ms. Norma C. Pongan currently serves as the Co-Chairperson of the Social Development Committee.
