Each verified and accepted endorsement reflects the commitment of organizations and localities in recognizing young Ilonggo leaders who are willing to represent their communities with purpose, service, and action.

WHO CAN ENDORSE AN APPLICANT?

The Second Phase of Endorsements for Mister Iloilo 2026: Ambassador of Action is open to officially recognized or accredited organizations across Iloilo Province.

Organizations and institutions that can endorse an applicant include:
✔ Youth Organizations
✔ Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Councils
✔ Civic Organizations
✔ Academic Institutions
✔ School-Based Organizations
✔ Volunteer and Advocacy Groups
✔ Community-Based Organizations

Organizations may endorse multiple applicants, provided that each represents different LGUs or localities. Applicants must be either current or former members/officers of the endorsing organization.

Applicants endorsed by SK Councils must be bona fide residents of the barangay where the endorsing SK Council has jurisdiction.

If your organization believes in youth leadership, service, and meaningful community action, this is your opportunity to raise and endorse a young Ilonggo leader who embodies the qualities of an Ambassador of Action.

SECOND PHASE ENDORSEMENT
SCREENING & VIRTUAL INTERVIEWS NOW CONDUCTED DAILY

Beginning today, Mister Iloilo 2026: Ambassador of Action officially commences the daily screening and virtual interview for organization-endorsed applicants across Iloilo Province.

Recognized organizations, recognized youth groups, recognized civic organizations, academic institutions, recognized school organizations, and accredited community-based organizations are now encouraged to officially transmit their endorsed applicants for evaluation and screening.

Through this phase, aspiring Ambassadors of Action shall undergo qualification assessment, screening, and virtual interviews as part of the official selection process for municipalities and cities that remain open for representation.

Selection per locality shall generally follow the order of qualified and verified submissions, subject to the successful completion of the screening and interview process. The first qualified applicant to successfully pass the evaluation for his municipality or city of residence may secure the available slot for that locality.

In instances where there are multiple endorsed applicants for the same municipality during the screening and virtual interview period, the final selection of the official representative shall be determined by the Mister Iloilo Selection Team based on the overall assessment of the applicants’ qualifications, advocacy, leadership potential, and interview performance.

The acceptance and evaluation of organization-endorsed applicants shall officially continue until JUNE 2, 2026.

ENDORSEMENT SUBMISSION TRACKER | VERIFIED LGU ENDORSEMENTS

As of this posting, four (4) Local Government Units have successfully completed the verification phase of their official endorsements transmitted through their respective Local Youth Development Offices (LYDOs).

The officially endorsed representatives of these LGUs have now secured their positions and are awaiting their ceremonial proclamation as the official Ambassadors of their respective localities for Mister Iloilo 2026: Ambassador of Action.

Very soon, Ilonggos will formally get to know the young men who have accepted the challenge of representing leadership, service, and action in their communities.

With this development, municipalities and cities that remain without officially verified LGU-endorsed representatives shall now be opened for the SECOND PHASE OF ENDORSEMENTS for organization-endorsed applicants.

Applicants endorsed by organizations shall undergo an official screening and virtual interview process beginning today. Selection of representatives per locality shall generally follow the order of qualified and verified submissions, subject to the successful completion of the screening and interview process. Following the successful conclusion of the LGU Endorsement Phase, Mister Iloilo 2026: Ambassador of Action now officially opens the SECOND PHASE OF ENDORSEMENTS for ORGANIZATION-ENDORSED APPLICANTS.

This phase welcomes officially endorsed applicants from recognized organizations, recognized youth groups, recognized civic organizations, academic institutions, recognized school organizations, and accredited community-based organizations across Iloilo Province Only.

We continue to encourage young Ilonggo leaders, advocates, volunteers, youth organizers, and community movers aged 18 to 30 years old to take this opportunity to represent not only their advocacies and organizations, but also their localities, on a province-wide platform for youth leadership, service, and action.

All officially endorsed representatives endorsed by their respective Local Government Units (LGUs) have successfully secured their slots for the inaugural edition of Mister Iloilo and shall officially proceed to the Ceremonial Proclamation as Ambassadors of Action.

The organization extends its appreciation to the participating LGUs and Local Youth Development Offices (LYDOs) for taking part in this movement for youth leadership, service, and community action.

As one phase concludes, another begins.
The next phase of endorsements officially opens today.

In consideration of the ongoing processing of endorsement documents in several Local Government Units and Local Youth Development Offices (LYDOs), the organization has officially EXTENDED the deadline for the submission of endorsements for Mister Iloilo 2026: Ambassador of Action until MAY 22, 2026.

This extension is intended to provide aspiring representatives, LYDOs, and endorsing LGUs with additional time to complete and officially transmit their endorsement requirements.

We continue to encourage young Ilonggo leaders, advocates, volunteers, youth organizers, SK officials, and community movers aged 18 to 30 years old to take this opportunity to represent their locality and advocacy on a province-wide platform for youth leadership, service, and action.

Who will take the challenge and begin the journey toward becoming the first Mister Iloilo 2026: Ambassador of Action?

The organization has begun receiving official endorsement submissions from various Local Government Units and Local Youth Development Offices (LYDOs) across the province.

Soon, the official Endorsement Submission Tracker will start revealing the municipalities and cities that have officially submitted their endorsements and chosen to take part in this movement for youth leadership, service, and action.

All received submissions are currently undergoing verification and documentation prior to official acknowledgment and posting.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES FOR ENDORSEMENT DOCUMENTS

To ensure proper verification and documentation of submissions, all official Endorsement Letters and Representative Profiles must be transmitted by the respective Local Youth Development Office (LYDO).

In line with this, the organization respectfully requests that endorsement documents be sent using:
- the official email address of the LYDO; or
- the official email address of the designated LYDO officer/personnel authorized by the Local Government Unit (LGU).

While endorsements issued by the LGU remain valid, transmitting the documents through the authorized LYDO email addresses will help facilitate easier verification and official acknowledgment of submissions by the organization.

Representatives are therefore encouraged to closely coordinate with their respective LYDOs to ensure the proper and timely submission of all required documents.
