The heart and soul of WRO before the big march!
Hours before stepping onto the streets for the Grand Opening Parade, the WRO Barotac Nuevo family was already buzzing with energy, excitement, and a lot of love.
What a beautiful sight to behold! More than just practicing the steps to our Saludo March, these quiet hours served as a wonderful moment of fellowship, shared meals, and deep bonding. Gathering around the table to fuel up together is where our true connection shines. It is in these simple, candid moments that we continue building the camaraderie and tight-knit unity that has defined our organization for years.
Behind every synchronized step and proud smile on the parade route is a family that supports, dines, and grows together. Ready to showcase what years of unity can do!

WRO Barotac Nuevo Chapter Strengthens CSO Leadership and Data Governance in Local Action!

Empowering communities begins with active, informed leadership. Maxima Bedia and Mary Jane Celiz, municipal leaders from the WRO Barotac Nuevo Chapter, successfully completed the intensive training program on "Institutionalizing Civil Society Organization (CSO) Roles in Local Governance" at Hotel Del Rio, Iloilo City, on June 4, 2026.

The comprehensive training provided our leaders with critical updates on public policy, human rights principles, and local administrative frameworks. The sessions focused on strengthening the partnership between civil society and local government units, with a major emphasis on improving transparency, ensuring data privacy, and embedding ethical accountability into local budgeting and community planning.

Armed with these macro-level governance frameworks, our local leaders are better equipped than ever to advocate for meaningful citizen participation and secure, people-centered development in Barotac Nuevo.

WRO DELIVERS AN UNFORGETTABLE PERFORMANCE AT THE 4TH TAMASAK FESTIVAL!

Maintained by our incredible discipline and unwavering team spirit, the World Relations Organization proudly marched as #25 in the Grand Parade last June 9, 2026.

From assembling early at Brgy. Tabucan Road to enduring the afternoon sun, our amazing officers and members stood firm by our banner. When it came time for our Saludo March performance, everyone stepped up and gave it their absolute all!

Our routine was a proud reflection of this year's beautiful theme:
"Nagahiliusa sa Pagtuo, May Bugal sa Panublion" (United in Faith, Proud of our Heritage)

A massive thank you to everyone who supported us, cheered for us along the streets, and made this Patronal Town Fiesta opening a massive success. We might be tired, but our hearts are full. Salute to the WRO Family.

MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!
Bringing our Monpon Elementary School journey to a beautiful close.
This is our final video compilation from the highly successful Brigada Eskwela Clean-Up Drive. To wrap it all up, we are shining a final, well-deserved spotlight on the ultimate efforts of our WRO Volunteers and the Kabayan Action Group.
From the very first sweep to the final pile of leaves, this team showed up with unmatched synergy, happy hearts, and an inspiring dedication to service. Together, we successfully transformed the school's vast tree grove into a clean, safe, and beautiful shaded paradise ready for the students' return.
A massive, heartfelt thank you to all our officers, members, partners, and community builders who gave their time and strength to this project.
This concludes our updates for this school, but our commitment to the community never stops. Cheers to a brighter, cleaner school year ahead!

Who says hard labor can’t be fun? Sweeping away the "tiredness" with some dance moves!

Before we wrap up our updates, we just had to share this. While cleaning the vast grounds of Monpon Elementary School, our WRO Volunteers and the Kabayan Action Group found the perfect way to recharge. No matter how heavy the labor or how tiring the service, this crew never misses a chance to dance.

Serving our community with a happy heart and an unstoppable spirit is what makes the Bayanihan spirit so beautiful. Salute to our volunteers who prove that you can do serious work while having the absolute best time.
