We, the A1 class students of JBLFMU-Molo, Inc., imploring the aid of God Almighty, in order to establish an organization under the special program, Polaris Class, to assist and help the faculty and administration of the school, as well as the students who belong to it, in providing an intense and disciplined learning approach and educational process and bounding to trainings which are relevant to the needs of the future Marine Engineer Officers and with great concern for others and the environment.
