As both a registered nurse and a jurist, he exemplifies the modern Filipino nurseโ€”armed with compassion, insight, and the legal acumen to safeguard patients and practitioners alike.

He is a graduate of the West Visayas State University - College of Nursing, Class of 2013. Before taking on the call of Law, he was a critical care nurse. Currently, he is the Senior Policy Officer and Health Policy Development Lead at the Unilab Center for Health Policy.
