Santa María de Betania de Calumpang

Santa María de Betania de Calumpang Mary showed a great courage and love when she anointed Jesus’ feet with expensive perfume and wiped them with her hair.

This act reminds us to give our best to God without hesitation or fear of judgment.

On this blessed 𝐃𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐌𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐲 𝐒𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲, we are reminded of the endless love and mercy of our Lord, Jesus Christ.

No matter our past, our sins, or our struggles, His mercy is greater than all. He calls us not to be afraid, but to trust in Him with all our hearts. As He said, “𝙅𝙚𝙨𝙪𝙨, 𝙄 𝙩𝙧𝙪𝙨𝙩 𝙞𝙣 𝙔𝙤𝙪.”

Today, let us open our hearts to His grace, seek forgiveness, and extend mercy to others just as we have received it. May this day renew our faith, strengthen our hope, and fill us with peace.

Let us remember: His mercy is not just for today, but for every moment of our lives.

𝙃𝙚𝙧 𝙛𝙖𝙘𝙚 𝙨𝙥𝙚𝙖𝙠𝙨 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙙𝙨 - a silent prayer filled with meaning. In the gentle sorrow seen in her eyes, we are reminded of the pain she felt as she stood close to the suffering of Jesus Christ. It is a sorrow not of despair, but of deep love.

There is tenderness in her expression a love that gives without counting the cost, just as she once offered her precious perfume to the Lord. Her gaze reflects a heart fully devoted, willing to serve, to follow, and to remain faithful even in moments of darkness.

Yet within that sadness, there is peace. A quiet strength shines through her face, revealing her unwavering trust in God’s plan. She teaches us that true faith does not remove pain, but transforms it into hope.

In her humility, we see the beauty of a soul surrendered. In her eyes, we find compassion. And in her calm expression, we discover hope the promise that love is stronger than suffering.

With a heart full of gratitude and deep devotion, I offer my sincerest thanks to everyone who became part of the successful Holy Week procession of Santa Maria de Betania de Calumpang.

To all the devotees, volunteers, sponsors, and supporters your time, effort, and unwavering faith made this sacred journey truly meaningful. From the preparation of the karosa, the careful arrangements, and the silent sacrifices behind the scenes, to the solemn walk of faith during the procession every act of love did not go unnoticed.

This was not just an event; it was a living testimony of faith. Together, we carried not only the image of Santa Maria de Betania, but also the spirit of devotion, humility, and love that she represents. Like her, who offered her presence and love to our Lord, we too offered our service with open hearts.

Through the heat, the long hours, and the challenges, you remained faithful. Your dedication reflects a beautiful truth that when we serve with love, we bring glory to God. Each step of the procession became a prayer, each effort an offering, and each sacrifice a reminder of Christ’s love for us.

May our Blessed Sta Maria De Bethany continue to guide us, inspire us, and strengthen our faith. May she intercede for each one of you, blessing your families with good health, peace, and abundant grace.

Let us continue this mission not only during Holy Week, but in our daily lives. May we always carry the same spirit of unity, service, and devotion wherever we go.

Again, from the bottom of my heart, thank you for walking this journey of faith with us. May God reward your goodness a hundredfold.

“In every act of service, we encounter Christ. In every sacrifice, we grow closer to Him.”
