Take back your power this Women's Month!

Women’s Month is no longer a season for passive appreciation; it is a season for active accountability. We are moving past the era where a woman’s dignity is sacrificed for a man’s "analogy" or "joke."

True power is found in the refusal to accept an apology that doesn't acknowledge the harm. We are reclaiming our right to exist in professional and public spaces without being reduced to objects of imagination.

The laws we fought for- like the Safe Spaces Act- are not just ink on paper; they are the tools we are now using to redefine the standard of leadership.

This won't be the last of the disrespect. But it can be the last time we feel pressured to put up with it. Our dignity is not a rhetorical device, and our silence is no longer a courtesy- we are not just taking a seat at the table, we are setting the terms of the conversation.
