𝗪𝗘𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗡 𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗔𝗬𝗔𝗦 𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗥𝗚𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗬 𝗥𝗔𝗗𝗜𝗢 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗠𝗨𝗡𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 (𝗪𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗖𝗢𝗠), 𝗜𝗻𝗰. is a non-profit organization duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of the Philippines (CR No. 202069424) and licensed with the National Telecommunications Commission with Radio Station Licenses numbers FB6-838057-20, FB6-928985-21, FB6-963483-22 and FB6-874095-21. The group aims to carry out comprehensive training,
establish alliances, and network with other radio groups throughout Western Visayas (Region 6) that could strengthen 𝗪𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗖𝗢𝗠's commitment to delivering quality service to the whole regional community. The group activities include emergency communication support, local chatter, community activities, and partnership with other private and government organizations to support their communication needs during activities or emergencies. Presently 𝗪𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗖𝗢𝗠 has eight chapters around the region composed of more than 400 members and still expanding :

• 𝗪𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗖𝗢𝗠 Janiuay (Iloilo)
• 𝗪𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗖𝗢𝗠 Dumangas (Iloilo)
• 𝗪𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗖𝗢𝗠 Maayon (Capiz)
• 𝗪𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗖𝗢𝗠 Dao (Capiz)
• 𝗪𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗖𝗢𝗠 Talisay City (Negros Occidental)
