One story at a time.

They are the ones who see the purpose reflected in the eyes of every student, the potential they hold within themselves.

Sangguniang Kabataan Nanga together with the First District of Iloilo Future Seafarers passionate volunteers came together for the Saturday Reading Program at Nanga Integrated School last October 4, 2025.

As part of Project GARIN, this initiative seeks to nurture a love for reading among young learners at Nanga Integrated School, making every Saturday a meaningful journey into the world of books and literacy, shaping the future of Nanga, one story at a time.

Last September 20, 2025, FIDIFSA took part in the 3rd Quarter Orchestrated Clean-up under the Adopt-an-Estero Water Body Program during Maritime and Archipelagic Nation Awareness Month. Our members came together to take part in this meaningful initiative, cleaning our adopted estero in Arevalo and showing our commitment to community and environmental care.

Through this activity, FIDIFSA not only contributed to a cleaner coastline but also strengthened our values of teamwork, service, and responsibility as future maritime professionals.

𝗙𝗜𝗗𝗜𝗙𝗦𝗔 𝗷𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘀 𝗨𝗚𝗦𝗔𝗗 𝗙𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝗠𝗼𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗻-𝗨𝗽 𝗗𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲

The First District of Iloilo Future Seafarers Association, together with other youth volunteers from John B. Lacson Foundation Maritime University (Arevalo) Inc., attended the UGSAD Full Moon Clean-Up Drive along the coastline of Sto. Niño Sur, Arevalo, last September 7.

Together, we unite to protect our shared home, because caring for the environment is caring for each other.

We are one in District One!
