We, the Marinero Organization of JBLFMU-Molo, proudly congratulate our beloved Adviser, Dr.
Roland John Cyril F. Emague, for being recognized as one of the Outstanding Maritime Employees 2026 by MARINA Region VI last September 25, 2026.
This recognition, given by MARINA Regional Office Vl in celebration of National Maritime Week, honors his exemplary leadership, discipline, and selfless service to the maritime industry in Region VI.
