PALASA was established in July 2014 as a student organization in congruent to Philippine Association of Landscape Architects (PALA), the integr

ated and accredited professional organization of Landscape Architects in the Philippines. Dueรฑas, then Academic Coordinator of the pioneering batch of Landscape Architecture 2013 in Western Visayas, organized the first official PALASA with 15 students at the University of San Agustin Iloilo. Today, PALASA is an organization that caters to landscape architecture students, governing and enhancing the knowledge, conduct and skills of the students in practice of their future profession.
