Mission
SBK commits itself to mold and develop, principled and credible leaders who are sensitive to the aspirations of the Filipino people. Towards this end, SBK shall pursue advocacies, conduct training, and initiate activities to promote a free, just, humane, pluralistic, and God-fearing nation. To foster national consciousness and active involvement in all vital issues affecting our country.

. To link with sectoral groups for the realization of nationalistic goals and ideals.
3. To study, develop, and implement programs designed to uplift the life of marginalized groups.
4. To pursue the preservation of Filipino culture and heritage.

SABAKA Updates

Tol Joshua Jorge Delfin (17th Generation) of the Samahan ng Bagong Kabataan was invited as a resource speaker for the Youth Leadership and Government initiative in New Lucena this Saturday. This opportunity reflects our continued commitment to empowering the youth through leadership, active participation, and meaningful dialogue that inspires the next generation of changemakers. ✊💛

Meanwhile, our members Tol Prince Ezekiel Moreira (20th Generation, Tol Roque Armada, and Tol Jan Michael Alayon (19th Generation) also took part in the JCI Regatta Mangrove Planting activity, demonstrating our shared responsibility in protecting and preserving our environment. Through initiatives like this, we continue to promote sustainability, community involvement, and collective action for a better future. 🌱

Together, these efforts highlight the mission of the Samahan ng Bagong Kabataan: to lead with purpose, serve with passion, and create lasting impact in both community development and environmental stewardship. Padayon! ✨

It was an honor for Samahan ng Bagong Kabataan to serve as facilitator during the Mayors’ Workshop and the Tayo ang Good Gov Generation Youth Engagement Forum held in Iloilo City.

Together with the mayors from Iloilo, Aklan, Antique, Negros Occidental, and Cebu, and alongside more than 200 youth leaders, we strengthened our collective commitment to advancing good governance and building resilient communities, especially amid global challenges.

Samahan ng Bagong Kabataan extends its sincere gratitude to the Iloilo City Government for the trust and for its commitment to good governance. We also express our appreciation to the Mayor for championing good governance, as well as to the British Embassy Manila and the TAYO Awards Foundation for their continued partnership and support in making this initiative possible.

We are honored to highlight that Tol Romel T. Patingan, CPA was invited as a Guest Speaker at Central Philippine University – College of Arts and Sciences, Social Work Department.

In his session on “Strengthening Accountability and Transparency: Implications for Organizations and Individuals,” Tol Romel generously shared his professional journey, practical insights, and real-life experiences in upholding integrity in both organizations and personal leadership. He emphasized that accountability is not merely a requirement, but a responsibility that builds trust, credibility, and lasting impact in the communities we serve.

His engagement with the students reflects our commitment as a Samahan to produce leaders who go beyond titles, leaders who educate, mentor, and inspire. Through platforms like this, Tol Romel continues to embody principled leadership and meaningful service.

Tol Pheobe Mae Magabilin serves as Guest Speaker for the Social Work Department of Central Philippine University, delivering a meaningful and timely discussion anchored on the theme “Matalinong Boto, Tamang Gobyerno.”

In front of future social workers and changemakers, she emphasized the importance of being informed, critical, and responsible voters. She highlighted that leadership begins with the choices we make, especially during elections and that empowering communities starts with understanding the value of our voice and our vote.

Her talk was not only about governance, but about accountability, integrity, and the shared responsibility of building a nation grounded in truth and service. Also, that civic engagement is part of their commitment to uplift and protect the welfare of the people.
