To produce holistic student leaders who excel in academics, extra-curricular activities, student leadership and community involvement.

Lakas Youth Organization is a socio-civic organization that hones holistic student leaders who will excel in academics, extra-curricular activities, student leadership and community involvement, anchored on the principles of credibility, integrity and honesty.

OBJECTIVES

• To hone responsible and passionate student leaders;
• To nurture and facilitate students’ needs and interests;
• To promote and defend academic and non-academic freedom;
• To defend and promote the rights and general welfare of the students;
• To develop the spirit of unity among students;
• To serve as role models of the students in the whole university and the community;

Strength that stands when it matters. Knowledge that understands real student struggles. Wisdom that chooses what is right, even when it is hard.

We're not here for the sake of looking good. We're here to be involved and do the work, regardless of who's looking. Leadership is less about what is said and more about showing up and getting things done.
