A Pleasant Monday Brethren...

Be informed that around 10:30 AM of October 7, 2024, the Reformers Group in Bacolod City (future ADVOCATES, Inc) held their monthly meeting/Fellowship at Jesus Saves Baptist Church located at Purok Acacia, Barangay Pahanocoy, Bacolod City, Negros Occidental hosted by Pastor Noel Pacina. The meeting was well attended and participated by POLICE MAJOR REY J MOLAS, - Regional Adviser, ADVOCATES, Inc gracing the event.

The gathering is also behaving a celebration the 3rd Founding Gospel Driven Church Anniversary/Fellowship wherein the aforesaid Men of God focused on discussing the group's future plans, community outreach programs, and strengthening the organization's commitment to positive reform.
PMAJ MOLAS provided insightful guidance on operational improvements and encouraged active involvement in upcoming activities. The meeting concluded successfully, fostering collaboration and enthusiasm for the group's future endeavors.

Why: To strengthen the moral and spiritual capacity of the PNP Personnel

Topic: "JUSTICE AND PEACE!"

Reference: Philippians 4:7(kjv)

Emphasis: Emphasizes that justice and peace reduces violence and crime, making communities safer and for individuals and families. When people feel secure, they are more likely to thrive and pursue their goals without fear of harm or disruption.

Result of Activity:

A total of ten (10) Police Personnel attended the activity. After discussion, four (4) Police Personnel shared a short reflection about Justice and Peace is concerned. The activity ended at about 0835H with meaningful result.

What: DSWDr6 Joint Regional Convergence Committee (RCC) and Regional Independent Monitoring Committee (RIMC) Field visit to the Municipality of Carles
When: 24-27Sept2024
The joint Committees visited the town of Carles to know the status of the Pantawid beneficiaries particularly the remote areas of the said Municipality. The Advocates Inc is a member of RIMC represented by Operation Officer Chaplain Saldivar H Del Rio.
How: the field visit done yearly.
What significant of this activity today 26Sept is the distribution of the Bibles to the Pantawid beneficiaries. Someone donated 72 Bibles intended to be distributed to the Pantawid beneficiaries. We bring back the glory to God.

Where: Buenavista Municipal Hall
ADVOCATES participated in the meeting. Adopted four resolutions mitigating possible disasters, accreditation of volunteers from CSO and government agencies, identifying accident prone areas and budget.

What: "Bida Diyalogo" initiated by DILG. A discussion or a colloquy of different Govt Agencies particularly the law enforcement PNP, PDEA, BJMP the DOJ represented by the Prosecution, the Mediation , the Parole and Probation. As well the Youth sector were invited to share their new ideas to the present problems of illegal drugs.
The stage of Rehabilitation or the "after Care" which CSO's are probably can engaged in.
The said discussion of govt agencies and Partners aimed to resolve the current problems of illegal drugs which considered a menace of our society. Indeed the said dialogue are fruitful and the synthesis of ideas will be forwarded to the National level.
