We are so proud to share that our three outstanding girls from Francisco Lluch Laya Memorial Integrated School have successfully passed and earned the highest award in Girl Scouting — the Chief Girl Scout Medal Scheme Award.

They proudly claimed their medals on November 27, 2025, at the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC), Pasay City, together with their Troop Leader, Ma’am Darlynjy Paboroquez, Ma’am Ma. Nelia S. Lomoljo, the GSP Division Coordinator, Ma’am Basmayor, and the Iligan City GSP Council staff, Tita Tes.

We are especially proud to share that they are the only three Girl Scouts from Iligan City who successfully passed and completed the Chief Medal Scheme project, making their achievement even more remarkable.

This accomplishment is a true testament to their dedication, leadership, perseverance, and commitment to service. They have demonstrated excellence not only in fulfilling the rigorous requirements of the program, but also in embodying the true values of Girl Scouting within their community.

Your hard work and determination inspire us all. Congratulations to our Chief Girl Scouts — you make our school and community immensely proud! 💚🏅

Today we practiced the Girl Scout songs, together with the Girl Scout Promise and Law. We made sure everyone memorized the lines and understood their meaning. It was a simple practice session pero lingaw and productive, and it reminded us again of what it truly means to be a Girl Scout — to serve, to lead, and to do our best in everything. 💚

It was a meaningful day filled with unity, fun activities, and new friendships—going home with smiles on our faces and hearts full of memories🫶🫶

We also took part in welcoming the distinguished guests, including our beloved Barangay Captain, Hon. Emelie Echiverri.
