Last Nov. 30, 2025, the KK Assembly for the 2nd quarter was conducted by the SK Council of Brgy. Kiwalan headed by SK Chairperson Melody M. Sabornido.

The members of the council presented their accomplishments and awards in each Center of Youth Participation for the year 2025. They also laid out their proposed projects for the remaining month of the year and for the year 2026. After the reports, an open forum was held, allowing the youth participants to raise concerns, share suggestions, and express their support for the councilโ€™s ongoing and upcoming initiatives.
