On September 5, the RCIS grounds came alive with a ceremony that carried more than traditionโ€”it carried a legacy.

Led by the RCIS Girl Scouts, the flag-raising ceremony stood as a tribute to ๐™…๐™ค๐™จ๐™š๐™›๐™– ๐™‡๐™ก๐™–๐™ฃ๐™š๐™จ ๐™€๐™จ๐™˜๐™ค๐™™๐™–, whose life of courage, service, and leadership continues to inspire generations of Scouts.

The occasion also witnessed the pinning of badges and pins, marking not only achievements earned but responsibilities embraced. Each badge tells a story of learning, commitment, and the promise to serve with purpose.

As the Philippine flag rose proudly above the school grounds, so did a generation of young Scoutsโ€”carrying Escodaโ€™s legacy, wearing their badges with pride, and ready to lead where they are needed.

As we celebrate Girl Scout Week, our Girl Scouts spent Partnership Day sharing something simple but meaningful with our fellow Rufoniansโ€”warm bowls of champorado.

It may be just a simple treat, but seeing the smiles and happy faces of the students made it all worth it. Sometimes, it really is the little things we do for others that make a day a little brighter.

A simple sharing, a sweet memory, and another day of living out the spirit of being a Girl Scout.
