Bridging Dreams: Equipping Young Minds, Building Brighter Futures
The Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers – Iligan City-Lanao del Norte Chapter (PICE-ICLDN) believes that building communities goes beyond infrastructure—it is also about investing in people, especially the next generation.
Through our Bridging Dreams: Back-to-School Drive at Ubaldo D. Laya Memorial Central School, we came together to provide school supplies and encouragement to young learners as they begin another school year.
Following the devastation brought by Typhoon Basyang last February, rebuilding means more than restoring classrooms and school facilities—it means restoring hope. Through this initiative, we hope to remind every child that they are not forgotten, that their dreams remain worth pursuing, and that an entire community stands beside them, ready to support their journey. Together, we are turning adversity into resilience, loss into renewal, and challenges into opportunities for a brighter future.
