💻 𝗨𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 𝘄𝗶𝘀𝗲𝗹𝘆 – leverage tools like Earth Ranger for better monitoring, with readiness assessments in place.
🐟 𝗕𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗜𝗨𝗨 𝗳𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 – address illegal activities from catch to market, and strengthen community reporting.

Ranjiv D. Alibon, Arthur Amparado, Jr. and Gwen S. Tedor, are graduate students of the 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗘𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 program at 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗼 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 – 𝗜𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗮𝗻 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝘁𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆.

They are currently conducting an 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝘀𝘂𝗿𝘃𝗲𝘆, as part of our 𝗰𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝘆 in 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗘𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲, that aims to determine the 𝘁𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁𝘀’/𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀’ 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀, duration of 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘁 on various activities within the tourism sites, 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗮 𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗱 per site, and 𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗳𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 regarding the facilities, equipment, and services offered in the 𝗦𝗶𝗸𝘆𝗼𝗽 𝗔𝗴𝗿𝗶-𝗧𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗺 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗲.
