Join us as we gather for the 2026 Constitutional Convention with the theme:
"Forging a Responsive Constitution: Empowering Leadership, Strengthening Service, and Shaping Alpha Sigma Phi's Future."

📍 University of the Philippines Diliman, Quezon City
🕗 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Plenary Session

Cap off the day by celebrating brotherhood and camaraderie at the Alphans' Night from 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM in Quezon City (venue to be announced).

Registration Fee:
✅ ₱2,500 – Includes meals and room accommodation
✅ ₱1,500 – For attendees who will not avail of accommodation

Dear Brothers and Sisters,
Fraternal greetings!
The National Council Officers and the Board of Trustees are pleased to formally invite you to the 2026 Constitutional Convention (ConCon) of the Alpha Sigma Phi-Leadership and Service Organization of the Philippines, Inc., to be held on August 29, 2026 (Saturday), at the University of the Philippines–Diliman Campus, Manila.

With the dubbed theme, “Forging a Responsive Constitution: Empowering Leadership, Strengthening Service, and Shaping Alpha Sigma Phi’s Future,” this year’s ConCon aims to bring together committed leaders and members to collectively review, refine, and strengthen our governing Constitution. This significant gathering will serve as a platform for meaningful dialogue, collaborative decision-making, and
forward-looking reforms that will guide the Organization in the years ahead.

Registration fee = P2,500.00, which covers food and room accommodations within the venue building

Note:
1. For those who plan to stay within the venue, “First Come, First Served” basis for the first 48 heads.

2. For attendees who prefer NOT to stay within the venue, the registration fee is only P1,500.00.

3. Metro Manila attendees are requested NOT to avail of the room accommodations offered inside the UP Diliman Campus, to give way to other attendees coming from outside Manila.

Your presence, support, and active participation are vital in ensuring that the Constitution reflects our shared values, evolving needs, and aspirations as an organization dedicated to leadership excellence and service to the community.

Further details regarding the program, etc., will be communicated in subsequent advisories. In the interest of time, however, we hope to receive YOUR CONFIRMATION OF ATTENDANCE no later than June 15, 2026 (Monday).
