💼 Why Apply for a Dry Seal?

Per R.A. 9297, Licensed Chemical Engineers are required to affix their seal and signature on blueprints for manufacturing facilities. This seal is also necessary for obtaining a Certificate of Compliance (COC) from the PRC for your industry or organization.

💰 Schedule of Fees:

ILIGAN CITY - PIChE- Iligan Bay Chapter, together with partner organizations, conducted a mangrove planting activity at Mandulog River, Nov. 23, 2025.

Initiated by the Junior Society of Environmental Engineers of the Philippines - IIT Chapter, this endeavor supports the ongoing coastal protection and environmental management initiatives of the city, and the country as a whole. The activity focused on strengthening shoreline resilience and promoting sustainable ecosystems in the area.

November 2025 Chemical Engineers Computer-Based Licensure Examination Results Released Immediately After The Examination

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 719 out of 910 passed the Chemical Engineers Computer-Based Licensure Examination given by the Board of Chemical Engineering in N. C. R., Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Pampanga, Rosales and Puerto Princesa, Palawan this November 2025.

The members of the Board of Chemical Engineering who gave the licensure examination are Engr. Maricris C. Vines, Chairperson; Engr. Cezar S. de la Cruz and Engr. Shirlyn B. Chua-Reyes, Members.

Starting December 22, 2025, registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line. Please go to www.prc.gov.ph and follow instructions for initial registration. Those who will register are required to bring the following: downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal, notice of admission (for identification only), 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag), 2 sets of documentary stamps and 1 piece short brown envelope. Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.

The date and venue for the oathtaking ceremony of the new successful examinees in the said examination WILL BE ANNOUNCED LATER.
