HIGALA JOINS PEACE COMMUNICATOR NETWORKING 2026

HCI Inc. is honored to be part of Peace Communicator Networking 2026, a two-day coordination and workshop bringing together peace communicators to strengthen collaboration, strategic communication, and community engagement for peace and development Held at Civoleg, Gingoog City.

Facilitated by the Office of the Chief of Staff for Civil-Military Operations (OG7), 4th Infantry Division, Philippine Army, with the participation of Propelling Our Inherited Nation Through Our Youth, Inc. (POINTY), the activity provided a meaningful space for communicators from different sectors to connect, learn, and explore how communication can contribute to peacebuilding.

The gathering was graced by Col Cezar J Conte Jr GSC (ART) PA, the Chief of Staff, 4th Infantry Division, Philippine Army, as Guest of Honor.

For Higala, this coordination meeting and workshop is an opportunity to strengthen partnerships, align efforts, and explore how strategic communication can contribute to peace and community development.

Because peace is built when people listen, collaborate, build trust, and work together toward a shared purpose.

The President of Higala Communities Initiatives Inc. was invited to lecture on โ€œPodcasting for Public Awarenessโ€ during the 10RCDGโ€™s capability enhancement and mentorship training for School-Based Ready Reserve Units.

The session highlighted the power of podcasting as a platform for effective information dissemination, public education, and community engagement - especially in reaching todayโ€™s digital generation.

Higala was honored to be invited to the Closing Ceremony of the Advance ROTC Academic Phase Training (ARAPT) 31โ€“32 and 41โ€“42, Batch 2-2026, hosted by the 10th Regional Community Defense Group, Reserve Command, Philippine Army.

A meaningful gathering celebrating discipline, leadership, service, and the development of future reserve leaders.
