The post-prelim haze is real — and someone is finally talking about it. 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝘁-𝗔𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰𝘀 is currently holding its first session, 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝟭: 𝗔𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗘𝘅𝗮𝗺𝘀 — 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗡𝗲𝘅𝘁?, an open and honest conversation for students navigating the complicated space that follows examination season.
Because the end of prelims doesn’t always feel like relief. For many students, it’s a mix of exhaustion, second-guessing, and the looming weight of what still lies ahead in the semester. This session meets students right where they are — tired, uncertain, and in need of both perspective and a plan.
The discussion walks participants through practical insights and grounding strategies to help them reflect on their academic experience, identify what they truly need to recover and regroup, and move forward with intention — not just momentum.
At the heart of this session is a simple but important reminder: 𝗮𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗲𝘅𝗵𝗮𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝘀 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗱. It is not something to push through blindly or be ashamed of. By learning how to recognize the effects of academic pressure and respond to them in healthy, practical ways, students can step into the rest of the semester with greater awareness, balance, and readiness.
