Our heartfelt gratitude goes to our Institutional Head, Sir Vincent Botik Brillantes, for his unwavering support, generosity, and dedication to both the CCADRES Rover Circle 0924-02 and ALAY CCADRES Rover Circle 026-01.
From the preparations beforehand up to the successful conduct of our Rover Vigil, your guidance, encouragement, and assistance made this meaningful event possible. Your commitment to the development of young people through Scouting has inspired us to serve with courage, discipline, and a spirit of brotherhood.
As Scouts, we are taught to be helpful, loyal, and committed to serving others. Through your support, we witnessed these values in action. You have shown us that true leadership is not only about leading but also about empowering others to grow, learn, and become better individuals.
Thank you for believing in our vision and for standing with us every step of the way. The success of our Rover Vigil is a testament to your kindness, trust, and dedication to the Scouting movement.
May you continue to inspire more young people to live by the Scout Oath and Law, to lead with integrity, and to serve selflessly.
Once again, thank you very much, Sir Vincent Botik Brillantes. Your support and leadership will always be remembered and deeply appreciated by the entire CCADRES Rover Circle and ALAY CCADRES Rover Circle family.
"Service is not just an act; it is a way of life. Once a Scout, always a Scout." ⚜️ Thank you for being a true supporter of Scouting and youth leadership. ⚜️
