United in pride, purpose, and empowerment ๐ŸŒˆโœจ

DUGO held a productive meeting for the upcoming DUGO Pride Month Celebration and our participation in the Iligan LGBT Federation Pride Month Activities. Together, we continue to promote inclusivity, visibility, and love within our community.

Special thanks to our Committee Chair on Gender and Development - Kag. Ric Onga for the support and presence during the meeting, and to Kap. Nilda C. Hamoy and the rest of the Barangay Council for the all-out support for our organization and advocacy.

Thank you to all the members who attended our meeting and planning in preparation for this coming June Pride celebration, headed by Pres Jeno Acedilla. Your presence, ideas, and commitment continue to strengthen our organization and our shared advocacy for unity, empowerment, and inclusivity.

Special thanks to Kag. Ric Onga for the support, and to the Barangay Council headed by Punong Barangay Nilda C. Hamoy for always believing in our initiatives. We also extend our heartfelt gratitude to the SK Council headed by SK Chairman Christian Carl Manos for allowing us to use the SK Office as our venue for todayโ€™s meeting.

Through all the ups and downs, challenges, and tests of unity, we have remained strong, bleeding kindness and bleeding success. For five years, we have witnessed how this organization continues to uplift not just ourselves, but each other, encouraging everyone to embrace their talents and turn them into opportunities for growth and success.

From Araw celebrations to fiestas and even sitio events, we continue to bring color and life wherever we go. Being part of DUGO means being part of a family that empowers, supports, and believes in one another.

As we celebrate this milestone, I am hopeful for more years of unity and success. May we continue to grow together, and may more members achieve their dreamsโ€”professionally, economically, and personally with DUGO by our side.
