Held at Barangay Salaban II, Ibaan, Batangas, this initiative beautifully blended literacy, culture, and community spirit.
Through weekly reading and computer literacy sessions, the project not only enhanced childrenโs reading skills but also promoted Ibaanโs rich cultural traditions, including the beloved Leskuhliembo Festival.
