As the lights twinkle on the tree and the spirit of giving fills the air, the Batangas Varsitarian Ibaan Council and Matala Chapter would like to extend our warmest Yuletide greetings to you and your loved ones.

Christmas is more than just a season; it’s a reminder of the strength we find in unity and the joy we find in service. ITIGIL ANG CORRUPTION!!!
Hindi lang pera ang nawawala, kundi pati ang kinabukasan at pag-asa ng sambayanang Pilipino. Ang bawat pisong nawawala ay sana’y naging gamot sa ospital, libro sa paaralan, trabaho para sa walang hanapbuhay, at kalsadang magpapadali ng buhay ng tao. Ngunit sa halip, ito’y napupunta sa bulsa ng iilan na inuuna ang pansariling interes kaysa kapakanan ng bayan.

Hindi kami laban sa mga politiko, at wala kaming pinapanigang kulay. Ang tunay naming laban ay laban sa maling sistema—isang sistemang pinapatakbo ng kasakiman at katiwalian. Ang corruption ang ugat ng mabagal na pag-unlad, kawalan ng oportunidad, at patuloy na paghihirap ng maraming Pilipino.

Kaya’t naniniwala kami na ang dapat piliin ay hindi pangalan, hindi kulay, kundi isang sistemang tapat, malinis, at may malasakit. Isang gobyernong inuuna ang tao bago ang bulsa. Dahil kung mawawala ang corruption, mas mabilis ang progreso, mas maayos ang serbisyo, at mas maganda ang kinabukasan ng bawat Pilipino.

Hindi laban ng p**a, dilaw, o kahit anong kulay ito. Laban ito ng taumbayan para sa isang maayos at patas na Pilipinas.
