In light of the extreme heat conditions being experienced across the country, particularly in Region III, the proposal submitted by the Office of the Student Regent to temporarily lift the mandatory school uniform policy has been approved. This measure comes in response to dangerously high heat index levels that pose serious health risks, reaffirming the universityโ€™s commitment to student well-being.

We also extend our sincere appreciation to the University President Dr. Roy N. Villalobos for the prompt approval and support of this student-centered initiative. This decisive action reflects strong leadership and a shared commitment to prioritizing the welfare, safety, and comfort of the student body during these challenging conditions.

This decision balances the need to uphold discipline with the urgency of ensuring comfort and protection during this period of extreme weather. Students are reminded to remain mindful of the prescribed dress code while exercising this flexibility. Itโ€™s time to celebrate your incredible contributions to our university! The Office of the Student Organizations is pleased to announce the Service Awards for Mid-Year Graduating Student Leaders, a special recognition for those who have gone above and beyond in service, leadership, and dedication.

The University acknowledges your outstanding service; therefore, we would like to present the additional qualifications for the Award:

1. He/She must be a graduating student leader for the mid-year or year-end commencement of the University.
2. He/She may have a ๐ฆ๐š๐ฑ๐ข๐ฆ๐ฎ๐ฆ ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐ญ๐ฐ๐จ (2) ๐Ÿ๐š๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐จ๐ซ ๐ข๐ง๐œ๐จ๐ฆ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐ž๐ญ๐ž grades during his/her entire stay in the University and must have complied with them before the application period.

๐‡๐จ๐ฐ ๐ญ๐จ ๐€๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐ฒ:

2. Attach supporting documents such as certificates, evaluation forms, and pictures.
3. Submit your completed application, together with the attachments, to your respective Campus Student Organizations Coordinators.

3. For your convenience, the Student Organizations Office no longer requires applicants to attach any project proposals to the application.
