𝙀𝙔𝙀𝙎 𝙃𝙀𝙍𝙀, 𝙎𝙑𝘾 𝙋𝙄𝙋𝙎!

We are thrilled to announce that we will be having our first ever Organizational Meeting for the Academic Year 2023-2024. The meeting will be held at Room 201 of the AS Building this Tuesday of August 22, around 1 o'clock in the afternoon.

All continuing members of the SVC Organization are required to wear their school uniform. Freshmen, on the other hand, are advised to wear any shades of white —to symbolize a fresh start.

Agenda to be discussed this coming Tuesday afternoon include the Introduction of Officers, Reading and Discussion of CBL, upcoming Acquaintance Party, and some other matters.

To those students who wish to be excused during school events, you may submit vis-a-vis a copy of your excuse letter to our SVC Archivist or to our SVC Secretary. We understand that there are occasions and even some unfavorable circumstances where we may find it unable to attend school activities, that's why it is important to submit a physical copy so that we will be notified by your absence.

Just make it sure that your excusal dues are valid and true. You may opt to provide documentation or any factual evidences (if applicable) to further support your absence. Anything under the sun, so long as it is a valid reason, will be cordially considered.

𝐍𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟑𝟎, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟐 : Scientia de Virtuoso Caritas, the official science club organization of Southern Leyte State University - Hinunangan Campus held their third organizational meeting at the Arts and Science Building to tackle upcoming meaningful organization activities.

The agenda entails the SVC Outreach Program (Bundle of Joy), Organizational Christmas Party, Presentation of Financial Report (Team Building Activity), Beautification of assigned area in Arts and Science Building, Installation of Christmas Tree from recycled/recyclable materials.

The meeting presided by the organization's Vice-President, Angelito Ranes and began with a Prayer by Angelli Adlao, the organization's Sergeant at Arms. Then followed by the reading of previous minutes by the organization's Secretary, Ms. Lyndalle Grace Salinas.

Moreover, Ms. Ivy Nepomucino, the organization's Treasurer presented the financial report of the Team Building Activity.

Ms. Rania Cazon, the organization's adviser gave insightful suggestions and guided the meeting.

The organizational meeting was adjourned successfully at exactly 3:30PM.

𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊: Scientia de Virtuoso Caritas, an official Science Club organization of SLSU - Hinunangan initiates a quarterly clean-up drive on November 30, 2022 at AS Building.

This activity aims to maintain the cleanliness and to contribute a more conducive atmosphere in the building.
