Take note that filing of your CERTIFICATE OF CANDIDACY is very important, you can proceed to the OSSA Office ang find Ms. Bacolod, our Ossa Coordinator for further details.

Requirements:

1. Certificate of Grades
2. Good Moral
3. Endorsement Letter from your Adviser

Thankyou CPSU - Main Campus, for accommodating us, we made such beautiful memories together with other campuses as well. It was a great experience for all of us and we enjoyed everything, the scenery and the atmosphere of the school. Special thanks to our faculty staff, Sir Jake Magbanua - FLP adviser, Sir Mark Antnony Aller Banaag , Ma'am Elie, Sir Ariel, Ma'am Welnie V. Bantigue, Ma'am Reymie Grijaldo and Ma'am Sarah Cabalhin, and Sir Alberto Navales, without your support, presence, and teach, we we're not be able to do it. Thankyou po mga ma'am and sir, we thank you from the bottom of our heart. 💜 To all FLP Officers, hoping for the success of everyone and congrats!
