It started with a holy mass and was followed by a Fluvial Procession, diin ang santos mauโ€™y giuban sa mga katawhan sa paglibot sa tibuok isla. A day filled with faith, unity, and devotion.

๐‘บ๐’Š๐’†๐’•๐’† ๐‘ท๐’‚๐’๐’‚๐’ƒ๐’“๐’‚๐’” - reflecting on the seven last words of Jesus on the cross. Each word reminded us of His love, sacrifice, and forgiveness. Later in the day, we joined the Good Friday procession, walking together in silence and prayer, remembering His passion and death with deep faith and devotion.

The solemn observance held in Himokilan Island, Hindang, Leyte, began with Pangumpisal (Confession), as the faithful prepared their hearts for the sacred journey. This was followed by the Via Crucis โ€“ Estasyon sa Krus, prayerfully led together with the 12 Apostles, as the community reflected on the passion and sacrifice of Jesus Christ.

The day concluded with the celebration of the Holy Mass, uniting the community in deep faith and reverence during this sacred season of Holy Week.
