Please be informed

Emergency meeting regarding the prposed project.
This announcement also to inform all alumni of Vicente B. Figueroa National High School that STAGE ROOFING PROJECT will not be implemented.

💕Thus, the parcel of land donated by the donor; the Figueroa Family was already approved. Additional to the existing donation;

💕Expanssion of School grounds and building is possible;

💕Stage is possibly relocated to the most accessible for everyones convenience.

Because of possible reasons stated above, I am calling the attention of all Alumni Officers to contact Miss Jhuyzeil Talaban Dizon our Alumni Secretary. So she could add you in our Group Chat for easy conversation before we finalize it to personal meeting.

The fund we raised are still intact in the hand of our Alumni Treasurer Madam Ellaine Camacho Dalaguit. Your commitment and response is a big convenient for us for the reallocation of budget to another project.

I am looking for positive reaction regarding the matter.

Out of 21 officers only these 9 were present in the meeting this afternoon January 06, 2018.

We need atleast 12 for majority vote

Next time choose those officers who are willing to contribute their service voluntarily and those are willing to serve our Alma Mater for free.

Cash accumulated from the event is P19, 716
Balance is P20, 784

Batch 1992 will cover the Balance
